A MINI LODGE RIVER
Specially conceived and manufactured for Conca D’Oro Camping & Lodge, Mini Lodge River is a modern Glamping tent in both design and functionality: equipped with an air-conditioned double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and all the essentials for cooking, the special feature of this accommodation is undoubtedly its versatility.
From a cosy two-people accommodation, thanks to the adjacent mini-tent equipped with two beds, the Mini Lodge River turns into a solution for the whole family, from which you can enjoy the multifaceted beauty of a territory nestled between lake and mountains.
Please observe the following instructions:

You can light candles or mosquito coils on the veranda, on wooden stairs and on indoor and outdoor tables, but it is important that these are not placed directly on the wood to prevent them from leaving burn marks or melting. It is therefore advisable to always use a protective base such as a saucer or metal plate. In addition, candles and mosquito coils must always be guarded and must not be lit when nobody is on the veranda;

Barbecues may not be used on the veranda, but only in the green area adjacent to the accommodation, taking care not to damage the lawn and not to disturb neighbours, and always paying attention to the fire;

In order to facilitate the work of our staff, we ask that you do not move items from one accommodation to another or at least, if you do, that you return the equipment to the way you found it at the beginning of your stay;

It is forbidden to install hammocks or other hanging structures on the veranda, using the posts of the veranda or the surrounding trees as support;

Please note that smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
STOVE TOP
In your Mini Lodge River you will find a 2-zone induction hob.
To turn on:
- press on/off button;
- select the desired zone by pressing its symbol;
- select the desired power by pressing the + and - symbols.
In case LO appears on the display and no operation is possible, press and hold the lock symbol for 3 seconds, the safety function will be disabled and you will be able to use the cooktop again.
To turn off the cooktop:
- press the on/off key;
- if you wanted to turn off a single zone, select it and set the power to zero using the - button.
Remember not to use the zones at full power at the same time, especially if other devices are running (e.g., hair dryer, air conditioner).
In order for the induction cooktop to work, pots or pans must contain solids or liquids; you cannot operate the cooktop with empty pots or pans.
AIR-CO/HEATING
In your River Mini Lodge you will find the air conditioner split right above the double bed.
The remote control is located in the space just above the headboard of the bed itself, at the reading lamps.
The functions of the remote control:

Turn the air conditioner on/off by pressing the ON/OFF button;

Use the MODE button to select either HEAT mode (SUN icon) or AIR CONDITIONING mode (SNOW icon);
-
Act on the arrows on the center TEMP button to set the temperature;
-
Press the FAN button to adjust the power and speed of the fan;
-
Using the SWING key will allow you to orient the direction of the flap.
The other keys are not useful for basic system operation.
To operate in an energy-saving manner, please:
-
do not leave the air conditioning or heating on when you are not inside your accommodation;
-
ensure that doors and windows are closed when the air conditioner is running;
-
consider that the use of the air conditioner combined with that of other appliances, such as the hair dryer, kettle, etc., could result in overloading;
-
keep in mind that both space heating and cooling require a few minutes of set-up time before the system operates at the set mode.
CLEANING-KIT
In your Mini Lodge River, you will find everything you need to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of your stay. Inside, you will find:
• Mop and bucket, broom, dustpan, and a clothesline.
In addition, in all accommodations, the courtesy kit includes:
• A welcome kitchen kit, including a dishcloth, a microfiber cloth, a dish sponge, a dish soap bottle, and a garbage bag;
• A roll of toilet paper and two waste bags (one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen).
POWER SUPPLY
One of the two switches on the left at the bathroom entrance turns on the porch light in your Mini Lodge River (while the other is used to turn on the light in the bathroom).
Since the porch light works with a twilight sensor, it will turn on only when it is dark outside and will not work when it is light.
When you press the switch, however, it will take a few seconds for the light to come on.
To avoid overloading the electrical system, we suggest not using multiple electrical devices such as the kettle, hair dryer, induction hob, air conditioner, etc. at the same time.
EQUIPMENT
In your River Mini Lodge you will already find bed and bath linens and a hair dryer.
Please take the following into consideration:

in case something is broken, you can of course notify the Front Desk. However, please do NOT bring broken/damaged items to the Reception: it will be enough to leave them on the terrace, our staff will arrange for pickup and possible replacement/repair;

to facilitate the work of our staff, please do not exchange items from one accommodation to another or at least, if this happens, restore the equipment as you found it at the beginning of your stay.

HOT WATER
The water heating system in our lodges is managed through a 50-liter boiler.
It will be necessary to keep in mind the capacity of the boiler itself in order to distribute the water evenly throughout the day so that continuous use does not cause any interruptions in the supply.
TELEVISION
Our TV system includes 75 channels in different languages.
Channels in Italian can be found from channel 62 onwards.
The channels listed are the only ones available, we kindly ask customers not to change their TV settings or search for other channels.
SLIDING DOOR
To open sliding doors and windows, you need to turn the key and then raise the lever upward.
To close them, you must first lower the lever and then turn the key.
LINEN
The first supply of bed linen and towels is provided free of charge and is already available inside your accommodation when you arrive.
If you wish, you can request a complete change of linen or even just the replacement of only the sheets or towels.
To do so, you will only need to request it from Reception, which will charge the corresponding costs, charged as follows:

Change of single bed sheet + pillowcase € 5.00;

Change of double bed sheet + pillowcase € 8.00;
-
Change of towel kit (2 pieces) € 5.00.
A towel kit includes a shower towel and a face towel.
A new shower mat is also provided with the change of towels.
A change of sheets always includes a change of pillowcases.
Linen to be changed should be left on the veranda: our staff will collect it and leave the change inside the accommodation.
The bed linen change does not include bed making and covers only sheets, so not blankets or duvets.
