A MOBILHOME SAND
Our Sand mobilhomes arrive at Conca d’Oro Camping & Lodge to make you feel at home. With their warm sand tones, they create an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation that envelops you, while the large spaces and essential, modern furnishings offer you the glamping experience of which you have always dreamed.
The perfect family holiday mobile homes are located in a well-kept environment directly on the shores of the picturesque Lake Maggiore. Here, the combination of practicality and stylistic refinement allows you to ask more from your holiday and your accommodation: you will not just be its guests, but the main charachters of an ongoing rediscovery: that of the pleasure of travelling
Please observe the following instructions:

You can light candles or mosquito coils on the veranda, on wooden stairs and on indoor and outdoor tables, but it is important that these are not placed directly on the wood to prevent them from leaving burn marks or melting. It is therefore advisable to always use a protective base such as a saucer or metal plate. In addition, candles and mosquito coils must always be guarded and must not be lit when nobody is on the veranda;

Barbecues may not be used on the veranda, but only in the green area adjacent to the accommodation, taking care not to damage the lawn and not to disturb neighbours, and always paying attention to the fire;

In order to facilitate the work of our staff, we ask that you do not move items from one accommodation to another or at least, if you do, that you return the equipment to the way you found it at the beginning of your stay;

It is forbidden to install hammocks or other hanging structures on the veranda, using the posts of the veranda or the surrounding trees as support;
-
Please note that smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
STOVE TOP
In your Mobilhome Sand you will find a 3- or 4-zone induction cooktop.
To turn on the induction cooktop:
- press on/off button;
- select the desired zone by pressing its symbol;
- select the desired power by pressing the + and - symbols.
In case LO appears on the display and no operation is possible, press and hold the padlock symbol for 3 seconds, the safety function will be disabled and you will be able to use the cooktop again.
To turn off the induction hob:
- press the on/off button;
- if you wanted to turn off a single zone, select it and set the power to zero using the - button.
Remember not to use the zones at full power at the same time, especially if other devices are running (e.g., hair dryer, air conditioner).
In order for the induction cooktop to operate, pots or pans must contain solids or liquids; you cannot operate the cooktop with empty pots or pans.
AIR-CO/HEATING
In your Sand mobilhome you will find an air conditioner in the living area which acts according to the controls of a DAIKIN wall panel.
By operating the buttons, you will simply check the parameters from the display.
The functions of the buttons:

Turn on/off the air conditioner by pressing the button with the power symbol, top right;
-
The MODE button, top left, will allow you to select either HEATING mode (SUN symbol) or AIR CONDITIONING mode (SNOW SYMBOL);
-
The bottom left button will allow you to act on the fan power and the direction of the flap;
-
The bottom right button is used to take you back to the previous screen;
-
The round button in the center of the wall panel is used to adjust the temperature (up/down arrows), to move the slider to the side (right/left arrows) while its middle part with the arrow is the ENTER button.
The other keys are not useful for basic operation of the system.
In order to operate in an energy-saving manner, please:
-
do not leave the air conditioning or heating on when you are not inside your accommodation;
-
ensure that doors and windows are closed when the air conditioner is running;
-
consider that the use of the air conditioner combined with that of other appliances, such as the hair dryer, kettle, etc., could result in overloading;
-
keep in mind that both space heating and cooling require a few minutes of set-up time before the system operates at the set mode.
CLEANING-KIT
In your mobilhome, you will find everything you need to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of your stay.

Mop and bucket, broom, dustpan and drying rack.
For your mobilhome Sand, along with the key to the entrance you will be given by Reception a square tube key to open a compartment located on the right side of the mobile home, where the above supply is available.
In addition to this, in all accommodations the courtesy supply includes:
-
A welcome kitchen kit including a dish cloth, a microfiber cloth, a dish sponge, a vial of dish soap, and a garbage bag;
-
A roll of toilet paper, two trash bags (one in the bathroom, one in the kitchen).
POWER SUPPLY
The electrical panel, is available inside your mobilhome Sand: in the plan below we will give you directions to locate it.
To avoid overloading the electrical system, we suggest not using several electrical devices such as the kettle, hair dryer, induction hob, air conditioner, etc. at the same time.
EQUIPMENT
In your Sand mobilhome you will already find bed and bath linens, hair dryer, and coat hangers.
Please take the following into consideration:
-
in case something is broken, you can of course notify the Front Desk. However, please do NOT bring broken/damaged items to the Reception: it will be enough to leave them on the terrace, our staff will arrange for pickup and possible replacement/repair;
-
to facilitate the work of our staff, please do not exchange items from one accommodation to another or at least, if this happens, restore the equipment as you found it at the beginning of your stay.

SAFE
The safe is located in the living room inside the cabinet underneath the TV sockets while the instructions for its use are indicated inside the cabinet door.
To set the combination:
1 - Press the white button inside the door until you hear the beep, then release the button;
2 - With the door open, type in your combination (min. 2 - max. 7 digits) and press the ENTER button. Enter your combination again and press the ENTER key.
3 - Still with the door open make some opening and closing tests.
To close:
1 - Enter your personal combination plus the ENTER key;
2 - Turn the knob counterclockwise.
To open:
1 - Enter the personal combination plus the ENTER key;
2 - Turn the knob clockwise.
Caution:
1 - Do not forget your combination;
2 - On departure, leave the safe open.
TELEVISION
Our TV system includes 75 channels in different languages.
Channels in Italian can be found from channel 62 onwards.
The channels listed are the only ones available, we kindly ask customers not to change their TV settings or search for other channels.
SLIDING DOOR
To open sliding doors, you must turn the key and then pull the lever upward.
To close them, you must first lower the lever and then turn the key.
We remind you that only the key to the entrance is provided, that is, the key to the French door through which the living area is accessed from the veranda. The French door to the room can be closed tightly only from the inside: a key to it is not provided for locking from the outside.
SHOWER
Once you turn on the shower water, the water will automatically flow out of the shower head located at the top. If you wish to change the jet and go from the shower head to the hand shower, you need to push by pressing the diverter indicated in the image downwards.
DISHWASHER
To operate the dishwasher inside your mobilhome, you will need to press and hold the square power button for a few seconds until the button light starts flashing asking you to select the wash program.
To choose the program, you will simply press the program selection button (4) until the indicator light lights up at the selected wash program. During the drying phase, the door will automatically open and remain ajar. An audible signal will indicate the end of the wash cycle.
A basic supply of detergent (2 tablets) will be included in the courtesy set.
By clicking on the button below, you will be able to download the data sheet with a description of the dishwasher's components and buttons.
LINEN
The first supply of bed linen and towels is provided free of charge and will already be available inside your accommodation when you arrive.
If you wish, you can request a complete change of linen or replacement of only the sheets or towels.
To do so, simply make a request to the Front Desk, which will charge as follows:

Change of single bed sheets + pillowcase: €5.00;

Change of double bed sheet + pillowcase: € 8.00;
-
Change of towel kit (2 pieces): € 5.00.
A towel kit includes a shower towel and a face towel.
A new shower mat is also provided with the change of towels.
A change of sheets always includes a change of pillowcases.
Linens to be replaced should be left on the veranda: our staff will pick them up and leave the new linen inside the accommodation.
Note that the bedding change does not include bed making and only covers sheets, not blankets or duvets.
